This one won’t shock anyone…it’s like a typical resolution! And I’m well on my way to completing it. I’ve been working on healthy eating habits for a while now and feel like I’m finally getting the hang of it!

#6 – Lose 10 Pounds

When I was in my mid 20s, I dropped a ton of weight on the Dub Dub. It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t all that difficult. I was about 14 pounds lighter than I am now and I was really able to maintain that weight loss until the campaign. If I lose 10 pounds from where I am now, I figure it will be a happy weight…not just a skinny weight. And let’s face it, the last time I did this, I was 8 years younger.

I just want to end my constant dieting cycle. I know that eating healthily is a lifestyle, but I don’t want to be consumed by losing weight any more.

I also don’t want to cram for a wedding, worry about losing weight before starting a family, and stress about how much harder it will be to lose weight when I turn 40!

And that’s all I have to say about that…onwards!

  1. Turn to weight lifting and watch your carbohydrate intake! It’s changing me — and I am 3 yrs older and 20# fatter than you!

I need your posing tips on how to appear skinnier (recall our email exchanges a few months ago)?

I have my class reunion this weekend and will have to stay in that stance the whole time!! ;-)

    YOU CAN DO IT, sister!
