We spent an incredible four days in Palm Desert for Thanksgiving.

It was a balmy 85 degrees all weekend long.

I lost weight.

I wore a bikini comfortably for the first time in five years.

I played golf with my dad.

He got his first hole in one!

I was not wearing a bikini when this occurred.

I didn’t take any pictures because I didn’t bring my camera.

I found my camera in my purse as we were driving home.

We went to the movies and saw The Descendants.

George Clooney is one fine lookin’ man.

Even with salt and pepper hair.

We also watched a lot of bad tv and bad movies.

I dreamt I was the star of Miss Congeniality 2…there were headdresses involved.

Then I dreamt that I was making out with Matthew McConaughey.

Dreams are awesome.

So is time away from home and spent with family.
