A couple of weeks ago, I tried out a new crockpot recipe. It was delicious.
I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I ran to the grocery store this weekend and grabbed all the ingredients to make it again.
I figure if I enjoyed it THAT much, it was worth blogging about!
Not only was this crockpot recipe delicious, but it is SOOOOOO easy to make and only requires a few ingredients….which in my book, makes any recipe just divine!
Ingredients: flour tortillas, cooked and shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato with green chilis, cream of chicken soup, and cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, tomatos with green chilis, and chicken. Spray cooking spray in your crockpot, place a layer of tortillas on the bottom. Spread a 1/3 of the chicken mixture on it, followed by diced onions and shredded cheese. Repeat. Finish with remaining chicken mixture and cheese. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Get your eat on.

Seriously, this was easy and delicious and I’d highly recommend it.
Enjoy!
